Our vision and mission

We are a Canadian interdenominational prayer movement, called to the ministry of prayer and intercession.

Our vision and mission is to raise up an army of intercessors within the Body of Christ, to pray for revival in our land and to revive the prayer altars in our lives, our churches and our families.

We are trusting the Lord for a spiritual awakening within His Church and a great revival in the land.

What makes this ministry different

  • Towns, cities and regions
Our prayer cells are non-denominational and they pray for a place — the town, the city, the region. They are also effective in prayer walking and taking territory for the Kingdom.
  • In the gap between two mandates
A local church prays for the church, the pastor, the congregation. A national prayer ministry works to a national strategy. This ministry sits between them, covering the regions that neither reaches.
  • Prayer cells born out of gathering
Prayer cells are formed most often through interest coming out of a prayer conference or a prayer vigil. People meet, they discover they live in the same place, and a prayer cell begins.
  • Formed by the Spirit’s guiding
This ministry was formed through the Holy Spirit’s guiding and direction. It has grown across British Columbia over nine years, and we will be seeking God for each step of growth as a Canadian ministry.

We recognise that all glory, honour and praise go to the Lord. Credit is not given to the individuals involved in this ministry.

What we believe

The Nicene Creed

We hold the historic confession of the Church. It is the ground we stand on together, across denominations.

I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.

And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds; God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God; begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made.

Who, for us and for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the Virgin Mary, and was made man; and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate. He suffered and was buried; and the third day He rose again according to the Scriptures, and ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again with glory to judge both the living and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end.

And I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord and Giver of Life, who proceedeth from the Father and the Son; who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; who spake by the prophets.

And I believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins; and I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.
